At Plentish Catering, our mission is simple: to bring people together over quality, share-style food that’s made well and easy to enjoy. Through generous grazing boxes and platters, we deliver fuss-free catering paired with genuine hospitality — creating a welcoming experience for every customer and a safe, supportive environment for our team. We’re always growing, learning, and improving, driven by a mindset that keeps us moving forward and doing things a little differently.

Who We Are

Plentish Catering grew from our roots at Finn & Co Cafe in the Blue Mountains. After years of feeding locals and building a community around good food, we saw a gap in the market for catering that felt thoughtful, flexible, and easy to share. Plentish was created to bridge that gap — offering share-style platters and catering boxes that suit everything from office lunches to home celebrations, without the fuss.

From sourcing ingredients to partnering with fellow small businesses, we’re proud to work alongside local suppliers throughout the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney. How do I place a catering order?


You can order directly through our website, or get in touch via our catering enquiry form. For larger events or custom menus, we’ll work with you to tailor something perfect for your occasion.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for Friday and weekend events. For corporate bookings and larger functions, a few weeks’ notice is ideal to secure your date. Last-minute orders may be possible depending on availability.

Do you cater for corporate and office events?


Yes! We specialise in office and corporate catering — perfect for meeting lunches, training days, workshops, and business events. Our share-style grazing boxes, sandwich platters, and boxed options are designed to be easy to serve and enjoy in office settings.

Can Plentish cater to dietary requirements?


Absolutely — we can accommodate a range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and more. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure items are clearly labelled and suitable for your guests.

Do you provide delivery and set-up?


Yes! We offer delivery across the Blue Mountains and Sydney, and include free local delivery on orders over $100. We’ll deliver your food ready to serve — making catering as easy and stress-free as possible.

Can I pick up my catering order instead of delivery?


Yes! Local pick-up is available from Springwood or Emu Plains. Just select pick-up at checkout or let us know when placing your order, and we’ll have everything packed and ready to go at your chosen time.

What is your cancellation policy?


We understand plans can change. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time to receive a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be refundable due to food preparation and ordering commitments.

What are your catering cut-off times?

Catering orders must be placed by 3pm, two business days prior to your event. For larger events or custom orders, we recommend getting in touch earlier so we can ensure availability and accommodate any special requests.

Do you offer catering for regular, recurring orders?


Yes — Plentish offers subscription catering services for business clients. If you need regular, reliable food for weekly meetings, staff training days or team lunches, you can set it up once and reorder in minutes.

Can you provide staff for events?


For special events that need a little extra support (like weddings or larger celebrations), we can arrange professional wait staff or bartender service. Just ask when you get in touch!

Refund policy

All our catering is freshly prepared in-store especially for your event. To manage perishable stock, ingredients, and preparation time, we have the following policies:

Cancellation Policy 

• 48 hours or more before your event start time: Full refund of the order value, minus any non-refundable card processing/merchant fees (typically 1.5–3%).

• Less than 48 hours before your event start time: No refunds can be issued, as we will have already purchased stock and begun preparation specifically for your order.
In some cases, depending on timing, order size, and our ability to re-allocate resources, we may offer store credit ranging from 10% to 100% of the order value. Store credit is issued at our discretion and will be communicated via email.

Ordering Information 

• All catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees.

For special dietary requirements, custom requests, or any catering needs outside the 48-hour notice period, please contact us directly at hello@finnandcocafe.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate you where possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming, as changes or cancellations close to the event date may impact availability for other customers.
